Features of this machine:

1. The leveling wheel and straightening auxiliary wheel of this machine are made of imported SUJ2, heat-treated at HRC60°C and then ground, and then plated with hard chrome and then ground to ensure the uniform hard chrome layer and the shape tolerance of each shaft.

2. The leveling adjustment of this machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine-tuning device, with a dial indicator, which can quickly find the leveling point.

3. Each straightening wheel of the S series precision straightening machine is equipped with a leveling auxiliary wheel to ensure that it will not be bent and deformed during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product.

4. The lower auxiliary roller is fixed, which improves the rigidity of the lower wheel and prevents deformation under force.

5. The upper auxiliary roller is a floating type, so as to obtain different pressures according to the needs, strengthen the leveling strength life of the leveling wheel and improve the flatness requirement of the plate surface.

6. The transmission gear is lubricated by forced circulating oil to reduce the wear of the gear, and it can work under high temperature for a long time.

7. The transmission mechanism adopts synchronous independent transmission of each leveling roller, which reduces the backlash tolerance accumulated by the gear set transmission and improves the flatness requirement of the plate.

8. The addition of the lubrication system prolongs the life of the machine and keeps the machine in a stable working state for a long time.

9. Due to the difference in material, material width and material thickness, there is no uniform numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended to take a small section of material for trial correction before mass production, and then continue production after the effect is achieved.
