When the customer first installed the feeder or replace the new stamping products, we must carry out trial production, step by step to ensure that the product qualified before officially put into production, the trial machine is different from the normal processing production, each step needs to be carefully operated and then fine-tuned through the stamping parts, what are the specific steps, the following take a look!

Step 1, in the test machine, raise the feeder equipment feed port handle, put the material into the middle of the upper and lower rollers. Loosen the relaxation handle. Loosen the fastening screws of the material thickness adjustment handle, adjust the handle up and down to ensure that the relaxation bracket has a swing gap of about 5mm, and then lock the fastening screws of the handle.
Step 2, start the whole stamping line equipment, such as the precision leveller, the material rack and the punch feeder, so that the whole material is conveyed forward slowly into the feeder. At the same time use the inching switch to open the die.

Step 3, adjust the two side stopper wheels of the press feeder according to the size of the rolled material such as the width. Make the width of the blocking wheels fit the width of the material without impeding the movement of the rolled material.

Step 4, when the top of the guide pin enters the guide pin hole in the punch press die, you can adjust the relaxation screw until it touches the bearing of the relaxation bracket, until the roll material relaxation stops and the screw nut is locked (for pneumatic relaxation feeder, the relaxation point of view should be adjusted, the relaxation point of view is determined according to the needs of the die).

Step 5, is to adjust the pressure spring (the principle of the effect of the pressure spring is to exert pressure on the upper roller so that the upper roller can press the material and send the roll out) pressure so that the roll does not slip when passing through the NC, and if the thickness of the roll material becomes larger, the pressure should be increased.

The final step is to adjust the start feed signal of the press feeder by rotating the cam on the press, i.e. which point of view of the press crankshaft is used to start the feed, the recommended point of view is 9 to 3 (240-90). Then enter the feeding length on the operator interface and adjust the response parameters according to stamping production practice to ensure that the feeder and the press are running synchronously.
